We can’t fix healthcare without first addressing “why” so many American’s are sick and unhealthy today. If we don’t address that, we will run out of money trying to keep a growing sick population alive no matter how great the new healthcare plan is. The same is true if we just keep the AHA. We can not outrun this problem and throwing more money at it won't solve it either.

The hard work is going to be dismantling the industries that are at the root of the epidemic of illness today. The short list is:

 - Chemical Manufacturers

 - Food Manufacturers 

 - Big Ag

 - Big Pharma

 - The Medical Orthodoxy

 - The Main Stream Media

Each of these industries has a hand in the outright poisoning of our food supply and the prescribed use of drugs whose side effects are worse than the diseases they treat and the misinformation that makes this acceptable. According to the CDC’s own statistics over 800,000 people a year die from taking their medications as prescribed.

The silent acceptance of this by our Government is unacceptable. The USDA and FDA should be gutted and rebuilt from scratch as they condone and support the production and consumption of foods and drugs that are at the root of the mass illnesses and deaths we see today.

This problem that I detail herein is a bigger threat to our sovereignty as a nation than climate change and terrorism combined. Silently claiming 1.7 million lives a year to chronic avoidable diseases. And often 20 to 30 years prior to death the burden to our healthcare system and all citizens of this country.

In the upcoming decades the number of sick unproductive people will outnumber the healthy productive people in our country. The financial burden will reach a tipping point of no return. This will happen far sooner than climate change will make the planet uninhabitable.

President Trump I wrote a similar blog post in 2012 to President Obama. And as predicted things have gotten worse.  This is the single most important challenge facing our nation since it fought England for its freedom. If you choose to address it I can assure you that the people of America will be behind you and be thankful. Not the politicians, but the people who count the most. The hard working citizens who know silently what’s happening and are wondering why no one is doing anything about it.

I also realize this isn’t an easy task. It may be political suicide because these industries have deep ties to government. In fact this may be the largest undertaking of your presidency. But it’s the one the American people really deserve.
