Whole Food Drink.... SuperFood?

I've always wanted a whole food drink that carried all of the macronutrients, vitamins and minerals in a naturally occurring form - a SuperFood as it would be. It has to taste good and it has to make me feel like I just ate a meal - satisfied.

It should be a good choice for pre and post workout as well as just any time of the day that I need to have a meal but don't have time to prepare one.

Most importantly it can't have any man-made additives. It has to be direct from mother nature and being so it should have some other benefits that man-made meal-replacements don't have - transporter nutrients and enzymes that aid in the breakdown and absorption of the nutrients mother nature supplied.

Here's what Ive come up with and I love the taste -

Ingredients:
1 Cup Raw Unpasteurized Milk
4 Farm Fresh Organic Raw Eggs (2 whole 2 whites only)
1/6 Cup Organic Raw Oat Flour
2 Tbsp Organic Wheat Germ
2 Tbsp Non-Blended Non-Fortified Non-GMO Brewer's Yeast
1 Tbsp Raw Unheated Honey

Simply blend all the ingredients on a low setting so it doesn't whip too much air into it.

Here's the macronutrient ratios and calories. Obviously you can reduce the ingredients incrementally to reduce the total calories and macronutrients to meet your own goals. I happen to be a big boy and my meals need to support my caloric requirements so I actually double the ingredients above from time to time.

Total Macronutrients:

Protein (P) - 49 Grams
Carbohydrates (C) - 59 Grams
Fats (F) - 20
Fiber (Fb) - 9.5
Sugar (Sg) - 31

This mixture of macronutrients will provide plenty of energy and amino acids to sustain activity and muscle building. If you're goal is to put on weight or you're a big guy like me you can simply double the milk and oat flour, add another 5 egg whites and another tablespoon of honey and the macronutrients will move up to 78 grams of protein, 101 grams of carbohydrates and 34 grams of fat. For weight gain and bulking one of these drinks packs a whopping 1022 calories of nutrient dense real food that combines all the enzymes, vitamins and minerals you need in a real meal.

Here's how the original drink detailed in the recipe above breaks out.
