Humans In Captivity

When we look at animals in captivity we see them lose their natural instincts to eat, sleep and procreate the way their species was designed to. The animals live shorter lives and manifest many of the same psychological deformities as those that plague our current civilization.

People are no different. We have been effected by our trappings and surroundings. We are effectively "in captivity" and have lost our inner ability to navigate.

A trend that has recently shown itself to me has more of a cultural basis. The male of the species has become disposable. The myriad of divorces has yielded women who no longer need a man in their life for anything other than financial support. These particular females have fulfilled their birthing instincts and since gone through menopause. With no libido and no need for procreation they have little need for a man. They instead become part of a "group" of women, similar to themselves, who offer companionship and emotional support that is normally found in a monogamous relationship between to partners.

We need to become more in tune with our instincts. More connected to our intuition. And we need to follow those instincts even if they are contrary to the Advice-Du-Jour if we are going to release ourselves back into the wild and live like humans were designed to live.
