 7 years ago Alisa and I stopped buying salad dressing and began to make our own. This recipe is by far our favorite. It’s so delicious that you’ll find yourself drinking the remaining dressing at the bottom of the bowl. It’s so easy to make you can whip it up while your guest watch. Won’t they be impressed! Let’s get started. Ingredient List3/8 cup Papa Vince EVOO3/8 cup White Balsamic Vinegar¼ rounded tsp ginger powder¼ rounded tsp salt¼ rounded tsp white pepper1 large ruby red organic grapefruit1 medium organic orange3 medium organic strawberries  Squeeze the juice from your grapefruit and orange and add it to the blender cup.      Put olive oil, balsamic vinegar, ginger powder, salt and white pepper, orange and grapefruit juice into your blender cup. Make it at home in minutes literally.   So easy you can make it one-handed in minutes. 2 cups of roasted peanuts 1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. of raw organic coconut oil 1 to 1 1/2 tsp of sea salt Blend in food processor till smooth but gritty Add flavored protein powder 2 to 4 scoops depending upon total protein per serving desired Blend until smooth Place in ball jar and refrigerate till firm Spread and eat! For this example I used Divine Nutrition’s Pound Cake flavored grass fed whey protein. You can use any flavored whey you choose. You can also include dried fruits like raisins. This was a traditional desert around the Christmas holiday when I was growing up. It’s rich and delicious and easy to make. Prep time 30 minutes Cook time 1 to 1 ¾ hours at 350 degrees Best served cold so expect to let cool and then refrigerate What you’ll need: 4 Pounds of whole milk ricotta cheese (I prefer Polly-O ricotta) 6 Eggs 2 Teaspoons of lemon zest 2 Teaspoons of fresh squeezed lemon juice 2 Teaspoons of real vanilla extract ¾ cup of sugar 25 Gluten-free ginger snaps (you can also use other cookies like vanilla or chocolate as a change-up) ¼ a stick of butter Large cheesecake spring pan Put ricotta cheese in a colander and allow it to drain off any watery excess.
