I’ll admit it- I still eat dairy! Greek Yogurt is one of my favorite treats to enjoy. I also enjoy Icelandic Yogurt however, for the sake of this recipe we will concentrate on the Greek version. It’s not quite as thick as the Icelandic version making it eaiser to spread on the cookie sheet. With this recipe anything goes. Depending on your personal taste, you can make this into whatever you want it to be. I used the plain 0% fat yogurt as my blank canvas and added whatever was available in my pantry. As a word of caution, check the ingredient label, so many of the fruit added yogurts have high sugar content. And, why would you want to buy fruit added when you can add your own, fresh fruit?
